The Challenge

Before partnering with Round Six, Karolina had an established coaching practice but lacked a cohesive brand and communication system. Her expertise was undeniable—but her brand wasn’t yet reflecting the clarity, credibility, or emotional resonance of her coaching outcomes.

Key challenges included:

The Mission

The Approach:

Discovery Phase

Deep-dive interviews to understand her Energy Leadership Index methodology, coaching style, transformation arc, and how her two verticals fit together. This gave us the strategic foundation for the brand and website structure.

Brand Strategy

We formalized her mission, vision, values, tagline direction, and brand positioning. We developed a messaging architecture that communicates outcomes clearly to both 1:1 clients and enterprise audiences.

Brand Identity & Logo Creation

We created a modern identity system — logo suite, color palette, typography — grounded in clarity and professionalism, tailored to executive-level audiences.

Program Architecture

We clarified and structured her two branches:
